Border Trade Topped But Profit Goes To Majority Burma

According to the report of Commerce Ministry, Myanmar-Bangladesh border trade topped
US$4.37 in the current financial year.
Myanmar exported locally produced commodities - fish, saltwater prawns, bamboos, wood,
ginger, garlic, onion, rice, tobacco - amounting to $4.35 million to Bangladesh and imported
just $0.02 million worth of goods.
Border exports from Myanmar to Bangladesh are usually greater than its imports but all
profits and benefits of these  always go to only  majority Burma who rules and colonizes Arakan -  western part of Myanmar ,border to Bangladesh.
