Arakan Chief Minister lets police to send villagers into jail

The appointee of Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi in Arakan is Arakan State
Government led by Chief Minister Mr. Nyi Pu who carries out whatever Aung San Suu Kyi instructs to him.  So, he arrested Arakanese political leaders, religious monks and villagers even if his blood is Arakan’s.

After Aung San Suu kyi called for her brutal war criminal Myanmar Army to launch
offensive attacks against the Arakan Army -
which was given birth by the Arakanese
people to free Arakan from the yoke of Myanmar colony -    Arakan Chief Minister Mr. Nyi Pu ,out of the blue, was arresting villagers in cooperative activity with notorious Myanmar Army.

Myanmar Army is nowadays shelling mortars on the villages in revenge for attacks made by commandos of  Arakan Army and then it is burgling into villages to kill, loot and arrest villagers.

The poor villagers, in fear, are just to flee from their villages to IDPs camps with just only cloth on their bodies. They are to leave their plantations, paddy fields, animal husbandry, so on. Myanmar Army feeds itself vegetables from plantations of villagers and also it feeds itself chickens, pigs, goats, cows and buffalos from villages  when villagers are running away from villages. Moreover, from the every house in villages, Myanmar Army’s dacoits steal golden rings, earring, bangles and local currency notes.

By the time poor villagers reach IDPs camps to take refuge, Myanmar police and Army including immigration officers arrest villagers because of most of villagers have no registration card  of Myanmar and no family tree chart recognized by Myanmar  . They are being accused as members of Arakan Army and are produced before the court after Myanmar Army men make investigation by beating and persecuting.

Chief Minister Nyi Pu whose under the nose, villagers are being everyday arrested from villages and IDPs camps. But, in cooperative activity with Myanmar Army and Aung San Suu Kyi, Mr. Nyi Pu allows police to send villagers into prison.

In connection with the top bass request, the leaders of BGF held a secret meeting in Myawadday on May 1.  Commander Gen Htin Maung Htoo, Bo Chit Thu, and Bo Mouk Thone participated in the meeting at their headquarter in Karen State. The meeting reaffirmed the BGF would sent more troops to Rakhine State.

Rakhine villagers have been noticing unusual and irregular fighters with accents who have been seen in Rakhine State for several months along with the Myanmar army fighters.

According to close sources to BGF, 400 troops have been deploying in Rakhine frontlines under the command of LID 11 and 22 since March.

Local people reported 60 fighters of BGF were wounded, and 15 men were already killed during the fights with AA for last a couple of months.

The local people started to notice they could not speak neither Burmese nor Rakhine while they were buying groceries at local markets. Some wounded men also told nurses at local hospitals they were from Karen state.

Since then the local people talked and posted their encounters on social media.

Related to this news of BGF presences in Rakhine state, some photos of Indian looked and very rough men with long hairs who were called as tough army officers by some military supporters Facebook were appeared on online for several months ago.

Some speculators wrote these men must be from Indian army that was helping Myanmar army. But these leaks of photos are in fact from BGF troops who have already been Rakhine State.

Very recently, a Myanmar business man known as Zaykabar Khin Shwe, who is supporter of Myanmar, and BGF commander Major Mouk Thone met in Bangkok. The meeting, many close observers, is believed to be funded to BGF troops via business rewards by Myanmar army.

These news of BGF presences in Rakhine State has been circulated for several weeks on local news and social media, but none of the sources of Myanmar army and BGF itself has yet revealed about it, nor further independent verification was disclosed.

Arakan Americans protest at Myanmar Embassy in Washington D.C for killings of Arakanese people

Arakan American community (AAC) has held once demonstration against the war criminal
Myanmar Army’s brutal killing in Arakan (western Myanmar) in front of Myanmar Embassy in USA after Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi instructed Myanmar Army to eliminate Arakan Army , which was given birth to free Arakan from Myanmar by Arakanese people, on 25.3.2019.

Now, it again demonstrated against the notorious Myanmar Army’s bloody massacre of innocent Arakanese villagers.   Six out of 275 men from Kyauktan village were killed and eight others injured by gunfire during 14 days of interrogation and three out of 27 villagers from Letka village died during the Myanmar Army’s detention for questioning.

The poor Arakanese families were not allowed to see dead bodies of their relatives and bodies were not handed over to families. In a cruel and inhuman way, Myanmar Army effaced bodies and destroyed all evidences because it does not want people to know how it commits crime by beating and shooting villagers.

Poor relatives were unable to perform the last rites for their dear ones. Therefore, the protesters performed a funeral service for nine villagers recently killed while being detained by killer Myanmar Army in front of Myanmar Embassy in Washington D.C.USA on 13.5.2019.

The protesters demanded five key factors and according to the ACC statement, to release immediately of all detainees and halt the targeting of civilians by Myanmar Army, to take actions for those who have committed war crimes and rights abuses from Myanmar Army. To response humanitarian aid for the growing numbers of Rakhine IDPs by the government and open trends for INGOs, NGOs and aid organization to assist freely the IDPs along with the establishment of an independent inquiry without bias for hearing, are issued.

Myanmar Army massacres Arakanese villagers

By the time Myanmar Army was hijacking 275 civilians in Rathedaung township’s Kyauk Tan village, Arakan (western Myanmar) on 2.5.2019, Seven detained Arakanese villagers were killed and eight were wounded. Since Tuesday, Myanmar Army detained to interrogate them about possible links to a nearby alleged Arakan Army (AA) training camp. Civilians were taken to village school premises and surrounded by over 300 Myanmar forces. Poor villagers were ordered to stay under the burning sun and under the open sky at night too.

At 2 a.m ,on 3.5.2019, a village woman heard gunshots from school premises. “It was over 20 shots” she said.

Myanmar Army’s irresponsible spokesman Zaw Min Tun said “ villagers attempted to grab
guns from soldiers”. But nobody believes him because his information was always complete fabrication. Arakan Army’s spokesman Khaing Thuka said “we think this is a plot made up by the Myanmar military to cover up their atrocities against the villagers”

Myanmar Army is now regularly killing Arakanese people after Aung San Suu Kyi called for her Army to launch military operation against the Arakan Army in Arakan. Moreover, Myanmar Army is burgling every village while clashes happen with Arakan Army nearby villages and loots by massacring villagers.

The 13 year old Arakanese boy named Maung Aung Myo Naing was killed and a 12-year old boy, named Maung Aung Myo Win and a 4-year old girl named Thein May Oo were severely injured by Myanmar Army’s Multiple Rocket Launcher System (MRLS) in the Kharu Chaung village, northern Arakan(western Myanmar). The victims were siblings. The injured brother and sister were admitted to sittwe hospital.

Due to Myanmar Army’s shelling on Kharu Chaung village, the siblings and their villagers fled and took refuge at village monastery recently. On 28.4.2019, Myanmar Army started again shelling and launching its MRLS rockets nearby village automatically. Unfortunately, one of those rockets landed and hit the sibling while they were playing near the monastery.

Meanwhile, Myanmar Army killed three villagers during interrogation process after column of
Myanmar Army abducted 27 villagers from Lakka village in ancient city of Mrauk Oo , Arakan on April 10.   Myanmar Army admitted the death of villagers during interrogation but they told only that villagers were passing away because of heart attack. And bodies of villagers were too not handed over to families. Members of families met cabinet of Arakan, on April 28, to get justice.

However , Nobel Peace Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi and  the irresponsible war criminal Myanmar Army chief , Min Aung Haling, also remained tight-lipped about the fact and does not seem to take action against the murders of their soldiers who killed three Arakanese villagers during interrogation.

Clash broke out between Myanmar Army and Kachin Independence Army

Myanmar Army had declared unilateral ceasefire in all of ethnic regions except in the lost Arakan to Myanmar ( western Myanmar) particularly to launch military operation against the Arakan Army for just four months. However, Myanmar Army broke its unilateral ceasefire in northern Shan State by attacking to Kachin Independence Army, a few days ago, when it was unable to crush Arakan Army and it did not want forthcoming meeting between the Kachin Independence Army and PCG of Myanmar Government. The meeting is known to make bilateral agreement between the KIA and Myanmar or Burma. Arakan Army is also expected to attend it.

In northern Shan State’s Muse Distrait, Light Infantry Division 99 of Myanmar Army started to seize a village of Howa and attacked battalion No. 36 of Kachin Independence Army.

Myanmar Army’s offensive attacks took place in the last week of a four-month unilateral ceasefire declared by Myanmar Army in December 2018.

Meanwhile, Myanmar Army’s offensive attacks against the Arakan Army is also badly going on in Arakan. Due to Myanmar Army’s shelling and bombing on villages in northern Arakan, there are, right now, over 35000 Internally Displaced Persons across the five townships in which a curfew was imposed by Myanmar Government controlled by Myanmar Army to colonize Arakan continually one way and another.

Since April 19, 2019, Myanmar Army launched artillery fire on the villages again , accusing every Arakanese villager and civilian as member of Arakan Army. Poor villagers were just to flee from their villages to nearby places with just only clothes on their bodies. No local aid group is allowed to help humanitarian and relief aid to IDPs. It is pain from very bottom of heart that we, Arakan, feel never before in history after our nation was occupied by Myanmar or Burma.
