Arakan American community (AAC) has held once demonstration against the war criminal
Myanmar Army’s brutal killing in Arakan (western Myanmar) in front of Myanmar Embassy in USA after Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi instructed Myanmar Army to eliminate Arakan Army , which was given birth to free Arakan from Myanmar by Arakanese people, on 25.3.2019.

Now, it again demonstrated against the notorious Myanmar Army’s bloody massacre of innocent Arakanese villagers.   Six out of 275 men from Kyauktan village were killed and eight others injured by gunfire during 14 days of interrogation and three out of 27 villagers from Letka village died during the Myanmar Army’s detention for questioning.

The poor Arakanese families were not allowed to see dead bodies of their relatives and bodies were not handed over to families. In a cruel and inhuman way, Myanmar Army effaced bodies and destroyed all evidences because it does not want people to know how it commits crime by beating and shooting villagers.

Poor relatives were unable to perform the last rites for their dear ones. Therefore, the protesters performed a funeral service for nine villagers recently killed while being detained by killer Myanmar Army in front of Myanmar Embassy in Washington D.C.USA on 13.5.2019.

The protesters demanded five key factors and according to the ACC statement, to release immediately of all detainees and halt the targeting of civilians by Myanmar Army, to take actions for those who have committed war crimes and rights abuses from Myanmar Army.
